This course will introduce you to the basic concepts of Ayurveda. It is presented specifically with Yoga practitioners in mind, discussing topics within this context. Key areas covered include the five elements, doshas, dietary considerations, doshas and postural yoga, diagnostics, disease, influences of the time of day, seasons, life span.
Completing this course is a prerequisite for future modules by Johan Lundback on Ayurveda.
