In this series, I try to cover the most common pain problems that yoga practitioners experience. Pain in the knees, wrist and shoulders is not uncommon and is upsetting when it disturbs your practice, lasts into the day or hangs around. If you can understand how you might be causing the pain you have a good chance of avoiding the movements causing the problem.
There is no time limit on the course so hopefully you can keep it as a handy reference.
